There and Here, realized during the residence in Amman, are part of Polderlicht 2009, an exhibition of sound and light art in public space. October 23 till 25 in Amsterdam, 7 PM till midnight.

The videos of City One Minutes Buenos Aires and two videos I realized in Beijing are part of FICIFF / Festifreak, Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente de La Plata, Argentina. October 17 till 25.

In October I give videoworkshops at Stranger Festival and Stedelijk in de Stad in Amsterdam.

I present a case about The One Minutes in the workshop of art critic Tineke Reijnders at expert meeting Onbegrensd Verzamelen, about "non-western art". October 22, Afrika Museum Berg&Dal.

From August 20 till September 28 I'm in Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires for the international video project City One Minutes, made possible by BKVB (now Mondriaan Fonds). I'm back in the Netherlands on October 2, after a quick visit to São Paulo on the way back. Follow my trip on flickr.

Curator Joke Ballintijn (NIMk) invited me to exhibit my neon Lieve at PYMK, a group show with Cyrus Frisch, Nicolas Provost, Kurt D'Haeseleer, Aryan Kaganof, Hester Scheurwater, Niels Post a.o. in De School in Groede. August 29 till October 17.

I have been in the process of researching and designing a fountain for the square in front of the Public Library (OBA) in Amsterdam, commissioned by the director of the OBA, mr. Hans van Velzen. More information soon.

Recently two interviews have been published on Holland Doc. Corinne van Egeraat interviewed me for Dislocated about traveling and living abroad a lot. With Hansje van Etten I spoke about my work in Port-au-Prince.

From July 4 until September 11 Petersburg Project Space shows video works from several artists. My video Elevated subway is part of the line-up and is exhibited from August 15 till 21.

My short videos Crossing and Scraping are part of the upcoming Rotterdam VHS festival. August 15, 9 PM at Kunst & Complex, Keileweg 26, Rotterdam.

I'm giving a video workshop to young people in Belgrade, to raise awareness about environmental issues through art and media, assisted by Stefan Malesevic. The outcomes are presented at the International Youth Media Summit by Miomir Rajcevic. July 31 till August 4
