Het Pad™ #1
Netherlands / 2002 / installation i.c.w. Janneke Küpfer / conveyor belts, pine tree, mist, muzak / size may vary

Het Pad™ (The Path™) is an indoor wood in an urban environment. It offers the visitors the experience of a walk in the woods. Het Pad™ deals with the relation between the modern citydweller and nature. With as less as possible effort one is able to live intensively.
Het Pad™ is an installation of conveyor belts surrounded by pinetrees. The proposal for the installation, with a computer animation Het Pad™ and a model, was awarded the audience award during Win een expositie in Moira in 2001.

Location: Het Pad™ en andere dwaalsporen was organized by exhibition space Moira in the former firestation in Utrecht. Group show with Rebecca Sakoun, Sandra Rosa Dias and Erik Groen, built around our installation, curated by Estelle Josso
