Research trip Rietveld Academy to South Caucasus
In 2007 I was selected to join the annual research trip of the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. This edition's destination was the South Caucasus: visiting Azerbaijan, the North of Iran and Armenia. The title of the journey was Things Happen in Liminal Zones. Early May 2017 the group with 44 participants travelled from Baku via Ardabil and Tabriz to Yerevan, in 12 days only. Read the blog.
Research trip Rietveld
One of the outcomes of the research trip is the video installation Ararat (2007-2021).
